40-Day Infant Blessing (Karasoonk)

The 40-day blessing, or Karasoonk, is a special Armenian tradition where a newborn is brought to church for the first time, just as Jesus was presented at the temple. During this meaningful ceremony, the priest offers prayers for both the baby and mother, welcoming them into the faith community with love and blessing.

Hall Rental

The Sacrament of Holy Matrimony is a sacred and joyful celebration of love, faith, and commitment. At Our Lady Queen of Martyrs, we’re honored to walk with couples as they begin their life together, rooted in the teachings of Christ and the beauty of Armenian Catholic tradition. Surrounded by family, friends, and community, your wedding becomes not just a ceremony—but a blessed beginning.

Confession

Confession is a powerful opportunity to reflect, seek forgiveness, and renew your relationship with God. Through this sacrament, we receive God’s mercy and the grace to grow in faith. At Our Lady Queen of Martyrs, confession is offered by appointment—all are welcome to come with an open heart.

SACRAMENTS

The Latin word sacramentum means “a sign of the sacred.” In the Christian tradition, the seven sacraments are sacred ceremonies that mark meaningful moments in our spiritual journey. They serve as both signs and instruments of God’s grace—tangible expressions of His presence in our lives.

By deepening your understanding of the sacraments, you can enter into them more fully and meaningfully. In the Armenian Catholic Church, there are seven sacraments, each offering a unique way to experience God’s love and guidance.
